Buying Guide for Water Purifiers

In the above given lines the poet is referring to a situation, despite having so much water around you cannot drink the water because it is contaminated and unhealthy. Tap water may contain many biological and chemical contaminants, it may contain many bacteria or viruses which can lead to serious body infections. Clean and clear looking water can also give you water-borne diseases.

But with the fast moving lives nobody has got the time to purify water manually. And above all, mechanized water purification systems are considered to be more reliable. So your safety is in your own hands and it becomes your foremost duty to buy a water purifier for your family’s safety. But choosing a water purifier can a tricky thing, let me help you out.

TYPES OF WATER PURIFIERS

FEATURES Flow Rate

When purchasing a water purifier, always look out for flow rate. The flow rate should not be much as it will easily allow bacteria to pass through the system. The most suitable filter is that in which the water flowing capacity is a liter per minute.

Candle Filter Purification- The micro porous candle filter removes all suspended impurities.

Reverse Osmosis Technology- Reverse osmosis separation technology removes dissolved impurities from water. The RO system removes impurities as well as desalinizes the water. RO is must in places where there is hard water supply.

Ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration- These processes removes dissolved solids ranging from the size 0.005-0.1 microns and 0.0009-0.007 microns. They are capable of removing solids, bacteria and viruses. They are mainly used in large water plants or liquid treatment plants. It’s rarely found in domestic water purification.

I think it tastes awfull so I have to drink it with some other taste in it or drink other things like milk and soda. I dunno why but I just cant stand the taste of water. Though if it’s cold enough I wont taste the awfulness… kinda weird.
