is it safe for a pregnant woman to drink pH9? It;s not only safe it’s excellent as the new babe is robbing her of all the alkaline minerals it can to build its own skeleton!
I’d suggest you read the new book ‘Building Bone Vitality’ or get a copy of ‘Acid Alkaline food Guide’ The more you read, the more you will understand that this excessive alkalizing is almost iompossible in today’s environment.
Ive heard you can become too alkaline and its not healthy but in reality, there are so many things that will make us more easily acidic like all the massive amounts of sugars we eat, fruits ( sugar/acidic) the chemicals in the water/shower, the stress, lack of exercise,improper breathing, meats, n other acidic foods, acidic care products used on the body, chemical aersol spraying and poisons and pollution in air etc. I think we need 2 “try” to keep our alkalinity high just to balance it all out.

they have studies done in japan.. all the hospitals in japan utilize alkaline water now, they have them everywhere there
Can any of you refer me to a double-blind study done with alkaline water? I find it interesting but I need impartial scientific study results in order to make a decision. I am interested but not sold on it by word-of-mouth stories. Anybody can claim anything.

It’s a machine, although there are a number of ways to make alkaline water.
that’s what i want to know. is it a machine that you just put regular tap water in, or do you buy it?
